This outline is for discussion. Final equipment inventory, coverage, charges, exclusions, response commitments and contract dates are confirmed in the signed site-specific proposal.

PREVENTIVE VISITS
Quarterly preventive visits are scheduled for the covered site and equipment.

PREVENTIVE CHECKS
- Camera view, alignment and lens cleaning
- Power supply condition and BNC / RJ45 connector checks
- DVR / NVR recording status and HDD health logging
- Optical fiber loop checks where fiber is included in the site inventory
- Open observations and recommended corrective actions recorded after each visit

COMPREHENSIVE AMC
May include agreed repair labor and specified replacement parts. Covered models, consumables, exclusions, damage conditions and limits must be listed in the final proposal.

NON-COMPREHENSIVE AMC
Includes agreed preventive inspections and technical support. Parts and chargeable repair work are estimated separately and started only after approval.

BREAKDOWN SUPPORT
A 24-hour breakdown turnaround target can be written into the site-specific proposal. The response and restoration time depends on site access, fault conditions, replacement-part availability and the approved scope.
